PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
 

Azodicarbonamide(AC or ADCA) is the most popular chemical blowing agent. Generally, AC is orange to pale yellow, crystalline solid with a decomposition temperature in air of 201~205ºC.

Unlike a number of other chemical blowing agent, AC is self- extinguishing when flame is removed. The decomposition residues are odorless. non-toxic, non-coloring and non-straining. The particle size and distribution can be controlled with widely different ranges.The particle size and distribution is one of the significant factors.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

1.Chemical azodicarbonamide ADC blowing agent is a universal high temperature foaming agent and has good compatibility and dispersity.
2.Azodicarbonamide is used in extensive range like PVC, PS, PP, PE. It widely used in plastics and rubber foam 
(PE, PS, EVA, PVC), it also used in NBR, SBR .
3.Azodicarbonamide is especially suitable for molding foaming of PE; It often used in foaming of EVA (large
mode hot pressing) and PVC molding; It can be used for foaming of molding or free-mode of rubber and plastic.
