PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

MINICELL EM series is a physical foaming agent. Under an electron microscope, this series of foaming agents look like round balloons. When the foaming agent is heated,the outer shell becomes soft, the internal pressure increases sharply and the size of thesphere expands greatly, then volume will increases by 80 to 100 times. The specific gravity of the expanded microspheres can be reduced by 30kg/m (0.03g/cm), Make it an ideal foaming additive for rubber and plastic materials.
