Azodicarbonamide(AC or ADCA) is the most popular chemical blowing agent. Generally, AC is orange to pale yellow, crystalline solid with a decomposition temperature in air of 201~205ºC.  Unlike a number of other chemical blowing agent, AC is self- extinguishing when flame is removed. The decomposition residues are odorless. non-toxic, non-coloring and non-straining. The particle size and distribution can be controlled with widely different ranges.The particle size and distribution is one of the significant factors.

Azodicarbonamide(AC or ADCA) YC series is the most economical and widely used organic chemical blowing agent, with large gas volume, uniform product bubbles, no pollution, no corrosion to the mold, easy temperature control, and exothermic reaction, so it's the preferred choice for foam material manufacturers, mainly used in the production of closed-cell and open-cell foam products,such as plastics and rubbers foam product, like PVC,EVA, PP, PE/XPE/XLPE,ABS, PS, EPDM, SBR, NBR and TPR.
It is non-toxic, self-extinguishing, and exhibits a relatively high decomposition temperature while generating a significant volume of gas. It can be effectively modified for compatibility with various rubbers and plastics through the addition of activator additives.
