Azodicarbonamide(AC or ADCA) is the most popular chemical blowing agent. Generally, AC is orange to pale yellow, crystalline solid with a decomposition temperature in air of 201~205ºC. Unlike a number of other chemical blowing agent, AC is self- extinguishing when flame is removed. The decomposition residues are odorless. non-toxic, non-coloring and non-straining. 2.Azodicarbonamide is used in extensive range like PVC, PS, PP, PE. It widely used in plastics and rubber foam (PE, PS, EVA, PVC), it also used in NBR, SBR .
3.Azodicarbonamide is especially suitable for molding foaming of PE; It often used in foaming of EVA(large mode hot pressing) and PVC molding; It can be used for foaming of molding or free-mode of rubber and plastic.
